- What is a childminder?
Registered Childminders like us, are professional day carers who work from their own homes to provide care and education for other peoples children in a family setting offering the flexibility of service that is difficult to find in other provisions

- What do you mean by Registered?
Registered means that we are certified by OFSTED to be childminders. To become registered we undertook police and health checks. We also have regular inspections of our home and taken the childminding course and first aid training. We have also done the necessary statuary courses adviced by the Council

No, we offer child care in an environment that we have created within our own home

- Do you have a garden?
Yes we have a garden which is fenced and access to it is available through our property. Children can run and play freely and safely within it

- My child is very energitic, what activities do you have to keep the child engaged?
We have a number of indoor and outdoor activities which we balance over the day, so that the children don't get bored. To learn more about our activities click here

- What are your timings?
We are open from 7.30am to 7.30pm all days. You can find details of our timings here

- Do you do school pick up's?
Yes we can do school/nursery pick up's as well as drop off's. We charge extra for this. You can calculate our charges here

- Can you drop off and pick up from my child's school/nursery?
We can drop off, pick up or both from any school or nursery, as long as it is within a ½ mile radius from where we are. If your child's school/nursery is beyond ½ mile radius, we may still be able to drop off and pick up but you would need to discuss this with us. You can check the area that we cover here

We can drop off, pick up or both from any after school club or activity as long as it is within a 1 mile radius from where we are. If your child's school club or activity is beyond ½ mile radius, we may still be able to drop off and pick up but you would need to discuss this with us. You can check the area that we cover here

We can also do home pick up's, drop off's or both. If your child needs help with his/her homework we can help with that as well. We do charge extra for this. You can calculate our charges here

We can pick up and drop off from your home as long as it is within a 1 mile radius from where we are. If your home is beyond ½ mile radius, we may still be able to drop off and pick up but you would need to discuss this with us. You can check the area that we cover here
