2. Childs information: name, date of birth, gender.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

1. Your child and the parent/guardian information are gathered from the registration form that you have completed.
2. We are required by OFSTED to prepare a child profile.

We may share this information with The Family Information Services of Thurrock Council.

1. Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us.

2. We keep information of you and your child, which is securely stored and password-protected on our computer. We also take photographs of all children doing different activities.

2. Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
